I applied in-person. I interviewed at CVS Health (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
They ask about your past experience with customer service. It helps to have some experience but they're pretty open to inexperienced people too. They mostly use you as a cashier, but you will fill prescriptions as well.
It was an easy process, there were several questions about my experience. I was given a tour of the store and met the manager and the pharmacist. Went over benefits and hours expected to work.
Normal interview, behavioral questions. Very nice and calm, was asked about background experience. I would prepare ahead of time, went by very quick but was asked lots of questions. Also ask your own questions to show interest and preparation.
