I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health in Dec 2012
Interview
I posted my resume on a recruiting site for multiple companies. About a month later I received an email from the district manager inviting me for an interview. Interviewed with the DM and another manager (surprise) at a local store in a cramped, cold office. Both managers were rather unwelcoming. Interview questions were basic, not stressful. After the interview I had a brief tour of the pharmacy. The intern was smacking gum and the pharmacist griped about her duties after my interviewers left. Never heard back even though I was proactive in following up.

Question 1
I was asked what would my former classmate (who is a CVS pharmacist) say about me? I am a new grad from a large pharmacy class. It was difficult because I didn't really know the guy.
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Buford, GA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
