Led me up to a conference table in a room that was built on rafters. There was a large table and my interviewer was seated at the end of the table. Shirt and tie, dress pants for the interview. Talked about relocation options, hours, type of work. Danced around the actual number for salary. He kept telling me how hard the business was.
Asked what I knew about the company.
What is my thoughts about relocation.
My questions were on typical life as a store manager.
I would have thought they would want to impress me as much as I want to impress them.

Very bad process, inteviewed by the DM who told me when I walked in "I dont meet people for the first interview" and it was all downhill from there. Basically all that was discussed was if I knew how to break down a shipment because the store manager does 75-80% of every truck. Literally nothing else.

Face to face standard interview in an office with acting manager. Went over all expectations of job as well as future expectations. Interviewer seemed confused as I was clearly interviewing for his job. Not much help.
Smooth and Efficient. From interview to new hire onboarding within 24 hours, I was originally told it could be up to two weeks but I was amazed at how quick everything went
