Interview
I went 10 min. early for my interview. I went in for the first part of the interview with a man and a woman. They were nice and just asked general questions. For the second part, I was asked situation questions. The 2 women looked bored and tired when asking me the questions. They only read from a paper and I could tell they want to rush through. I applied 4 times to CVS and never got an interview until the fifth time.
So, be prepared to answer the questions and don't say "I don't know."

Describe a time where you dealt with a difficult customer.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
