CVS Health Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was contacted about a week after I applied for the position. I had a short phone interview and then they said they would have another lady follow up with scheduling a longer interview. The lady called less than an hour later to set up an interview that was going to be 45 minutes. That was my final interview. It took them 3 weeks to call back with an offer.
