CVS Health Customer Service Representative interview questions

I didn’t get an interview offer but a recruiter asked me to apply for the job in my email. Once submitted application, did not hear back for a few months that I was not moving forward.

There was a 15 min phone chat with a recruiter, then 30 min interview with operations manager and a supervisor. Both were clearly described and scheduled for my convenience. Would love interviewing like this for every job.
