Interview
I was called by a recruiter first then a week later I had a formal interview with two employees. I was given the description of the job as well as what it is like at the company and then we went into interview questions. I was also given a chance to ask questions myself.

Interview
Although the process itself took a long time from recruiting to the interview to offer and then to hire date, it was a good interview interface. Interviewer was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions, was engaged and enthusiastic about the position and the opportunity.

Did I have experience in customer service? How long and give examples of experience.
Was contacted via email and set up interview with talent scout. Approximately 30mins interview prescreen and answered questions to the role. Background info and STAR format questions were asked about the role involving customer service.
