CVS Health Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Easy just normal interview questions that everybody ask at interviews. Just be real with the person interviewing you and don't be nervous. Very very easy job to get. But keeping the job is a whole different thing. I respect everybody but when I see snakes in the grass and they showing the true selves to you, its time to move around.

I applied for a Work from Home Customer Service Rep position. I got an email for a phone screen, after that I did a video interview where they ask questions and you answer them via video recording, i then got a phone interview with the hiring manager. I got a call 5 days later with a job offer. Sent an email for the offer and did it quickly. However I have not received the next step which is the background and drug screening. Waiting on a email back on what to do as I’m not receiving the email which is necessary for me to secure this offer. Recruiter and manager were both friendly, easy to take to and helpful. Cannot wait to start my new position!
