CVS Health Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview was easy. They ask typical questions and honestly I don't think your answer matters. Just tell them you are available and will be present for the training. They are eager to fill those places.

The process was very well done. everyone was professional. it was different for sure but i feel like they didn't give all the information about the job in hand. there was great people reaching out an making sure there was lots of communication in the meantime.
