CVS Health Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Person who interviewed me was not ready, they were late to the interview by almost 7-10 minutes. They looked like they had literally just rolled out of bed, their background was cluttered (we were on a zoom call) although the interview process was very easy. I was nervous for nothing. They kept saying “sorry, one moment I’m not ready” or “oops give me one minute” and then when I would go to answer the question they would cut me off and go “ok,great” lol not sure if I was talking too much or not but that gave me the “great you answered that correctly” type of vibe. I’m saying “they” because I don’t want to single them out.

Tedious but average. The basic STAR format and gave ample amount of time to respond to each question. About 20 questions overall. Just be prepared to interview with at least 2 people.
