Worked through a recruiter, who did not seem to be very organized. She would change the interview times/days frequently after initially scheduling it with me. Then, when I asked about the location of the job, she didn't know and laughed like it was a silly thing to ask. I interviewed with the hiring manager after three weeks of the interview being rescheduled and then never heard back from the recruiter or the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager included typical interview questions.
I believe that one of the reasons I was not offered the position was because I expressed how important a work/life balance was in my next position and according to the hiring manager, it's common that the AM's can work 50-60 hours/week.

Question 1
Describe difficult situation with a client that you had to manage.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CVS Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2013
Interview
Had brief phone interview, then in person interview. Was asked to start the following day after in person interview. Not much to the interview process, just generic questions that are heard in pretty much every interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Burlington, MA) in May 2014
Interview
I walked in and asked about a job, and was told to go online and then call the manager. They were very eager to have me join and employees were very helpful in the process. After the online test I called the boss and was called in for an interview. It was relaxed, just a few questions were asked; (what would you like to do long-term, do you plan to stay here a while or is this just a Summer job to you, etc.) I was told pretty much on the spot that I got the job. Finally I was sent into Boston for 2 days of training, and started my job shortly after. Whole process took about a month or so.
