CVS Health Customer Service CSR interview questions

First step is to receive a phone call from their talent acquisition team based out of Boston. Once they ask you questions to make sure you qualify someone else calls you to set up an interview. This took about a week to hear back to set up an interview time and date. Once arrived at CVS, round table interview with three people, very friendly, outgoing, made me feel comfortable.

Very easy and laid back. The interviewer made me feel very relaxed. Filled out application, had a phone interview and the following week had a face to face interview. The process is pretty lenghty because you have to wait for a training class. I received a call the following day with a job offer but didn't start for a month.
