I filled out an application online, then went to the store two weeks later to speak with a manager. I was called a few days after that to come in for the interview. The store manager was polite and professional. This was my first job interview, and I thought the questions were pretty easy to answer.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CVS Health in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a call back about 7 days later. We set up an interview time over the phone. When I arrived, the manager came to the front and walked me to the back room. He introduced himself, asked what I knew about CVS and its history, and then we got to the interview questions. Afterwards, he asked if I had any questions: I asked about dress code (they provide you with shirts, you can wear basically any regular pants, I wore yoga pants and sneakers the whole time I was employed) and I asked about facial piercings (he said I didn't have to hide them, but to be aware that others may not respond nicely to it). There was no second interview; I received an email a few days later where I had to accept the position and set up dates for training.

Question 1
Describe a time when you dealt with an upset customer, and what you did to correct the problem.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview and hiring process was very predictable. The manager I interviewed with was so easy for me to read that I knew I had the job three days before he gave me the official news. I think that the actual hiring process was a little easier to do since a lot of it was done by computer.
