The interviewers and the process were well executed. The interviewers did their homework, knew my background, asked cogent questions and engaged me in a professional and friendly manner. That dialogue led me to research more about CVS. I liked what I learned and wanted to be a part of it.

I was asked to recall a time when I was faced with certain scenarios and how I dealt with those circumstances. I was asked to expand on my duties and experiences regarding positions and jobs I had previously. I was asked about what I did for fun or with leisure. The questions were interesting and relevant to the duties I might experience in my position as a CSR.

Applied at 11 a m. online. Received a phone interview within one hour. Had a zoom interview the next day and was told I would be given a job offer. Received it in email 3 days later. Interview was focused on past experiences in customer service. Good process. Fast.
