I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Greensboro, NC) in May 2015
Interview
A series of about 10-15 questions that dealt with company-specific sales, service, and task goals. They expect you to use the "language" that they use in their training modules. They also drill you on your own scores and expect you to explain how you are working on them. This particular district manager made me feel clueless, despite the fact that our scores were on the rise.

Interview
I interviewed with the District Manager. I had to fill out an application. He asked why I wanted to leave my current job, specific questions like was there a time when you had a difficult customer and what did you do, and what would you do in this scenario and that scenario. It was a quick rapid fire one question after another.
