Straightforward process with behavioral interview to discuss past experience and skills, and case interview. My first interview was over the phone, second was onsite at the office I would be working at.
Initially I was screened by HR after a recruiter contacted me. After this, followed a phone interview. Then I chose to do an in person interview instead of zoom. It was nice to be offered a choice.

As the position related to purely technical development position i have attended 3-rounds of interviews which starts with Technical 2.Sr Leadership (Director or Sr.Director) 3.Formal HR interview. Technical interview they asked for your technical skill questions leadership interview - they asked few behavioral questions using they check are you good team player , communication etc..
