      Localization Project Manager Interview

      Dec 17, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CQ fluency

      Interview

Three rounds of interviews. First round was with HR. The HR representative rescheduled the meeting on the same day just a couple of minutes before it was supposed to start. Then she was concerned about me finishing my posgrad and how that was gonna affect my work (first red flag). Second round with a manager, rather long interview. Third round with team leads who were only concerned about number of projects you had handled at the same time or if you had experience in their area, for example, braille (second red flag). These interviews should have warned me was I was up for.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Have you worked on braille orders?

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your interview experience. We appreciate you taking the time to detail your observations and concerns. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduled first-round interview. We understand that last-minute changes can be frustrating, and we are continuously working to improve our scheduling processes. Regarding your concerns about the interview questions, we value your perspective. Our interview process is designed to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role, including their ability to handle multiple projects and any specialized skills required. While specific experience in areas like braille may be beneficial for some positions, it is not necessarily a requirement for all roles. We are reviewing our interview questions to ensure they are relevant, fair, and effectively assess candidates' abilities. We encourage you to share any further suggestions with our HR team so we can address them appropriately.
