Interview
I was already an intern in the WCM department there. Landed the internship through college fair. I met with the Logistics Manager at the plant as soon as I started and he had an opening. The interview process began 2 days later. Interviews with 5 different people staggered over 4 months: Hiring manager, Ops manager, WCM manager, HR and Plant Manager.

Question 1
Position required strong leadership skills and most of the questions were geared towards that. Example: How would you segregate high and low performers in your team, how would you subsequently assign work to each of them while maximizing learning and ensuring work gets done?
