I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CNA
Interview
The interview process started with a screening interview at the university career fair. It was followed by a second round interview with two underwriters on campus. The final round interview was with 3 branch managers and the regional SVP at CNA's office.

Question 1
"In terms of underwriting processes, how would you differentiate yourself from the other underwriters"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CNA in Sep 2017
Interview
A two-on-one interview with rather standard interview questions (tell us about you, why do you want to work with CNA, corporate culture...). The people were friendly, if a little bit removed, but that stemmed from them doing interviews all day.

Question 1
Given your background, why do you want to work with CNA
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CNA (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
I initially had a phone interview, then was called back for a final round two weeks later. The final round consisted of different interviewers back to back. They were casual interviews, mostly behavioral based questions. The interview process from start to finish was quick and smooth. Everyone was helpful and easy to converse with.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral question. Tell me about a time you encountered a problem/conflict at work or school and how you handled it. Things similar to that.
