I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CNA in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied via university, received an email for a phone interview 2 weeks later. Asked a few questions to begin to make sure you're qualified for the program, such as, having a 3.0 gpa, authorized to work in the us, any family members that work for CNA, etc.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CNA (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by email 3 weeks later to schedule an initial interview.
Phone interview was typical, background discussion and why CNA..
Recruiter asked about current compensation but
I already knew this firm pays BELOW market.
Which turns out that I was over paid for their budget and no offer nor second round invite.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CNA (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
a very long phone screen with a wonderful HR recruiter who really knew her stuff. Excellent questions well thought out. In person interview with the hiring manager again good questions and good overview of the job. very positive experience. Once I had the phone screen it took about 2 days before I got the call for the in person interview. about a week to actual go through the interview then the offer came in about a week. Then I had to go thru the background, drug screen etc.
