I applied online. I interviewed at CNA in Jul 2024
Interview
I applied online, received a phone screen request about two weeks later. I waited for about 10 minutes after scheduled time, the recruiter did not call me so I called him and the phone just rang. He called me back a few minutes later stating that his bluetooth wouldn't connect and had to go look for a wired headset. We then continued on to my experiences, job description and I did not hear from him again. It may be a good thing because I wouldn't want to work for a company with employees like this.

Interview
It was a great process! Everyone was really nice and supportive. I met everyone shortly after, and they were very welcoming. I really love this company and everyone in it.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at CNA (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I was expecting a lot more communication while the interview process was going on. Apart from that, overall a good interview experience. Initial phone screen, followed by 2 technical rounds which is pretty standard for this role.
