It was mostly a discussion, talking about my resume and the company, and about the process and discussions overall. Afterwards I received an auto-response informing me of my rejection, which I found to be very tacky.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CLEAR (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
The first round was a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by manager .The third interview took place on site and includeed office tour. Feedback came after three weeks of last interview
Recruiter no-showed the first interview and everyone else I spoke to was late to the subsequent calls. Didn’t leave any time to allow the candidate to get into their experience. Shared canned anecdotes about company’s response to COVID. Couldn’t articulate the details of the role. No follow up responses to emails. Sloppy from beginning to end and made me feel undervalued as a candidate. The interview process was off putting enough to make me reconsider a career at CLEAR.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume (this was the only question I was asked by anyone I spoke to)
