CLEAR interview questions

Neutral interview process - they will call to reject you. Three rounds: phone screening, meeting with team director, and lastly meeting with 3 team leads from different departments. The process moved very fast, I went through all three rounds within a week. However, the rejection was way too dramatic than it needed to be. The HR rep scheduled a follow up chat where they called to let me know I was not selected for the role. This definitely could have been an email - no feedback was provided either. The team was great to speak with, but how the rejection was handled left me with a negative impression on the company.

HR/Talent Acquisition interview screening through phone call. Super nice and easy going. Just didn’t have their hard requirement which I feel could have been expressed up front to close the loop. My only response to that is they may be looking a long time because the position has been open for a while and to outsiders that doesn’t look good. May need to scale back.
