CLEAR interview questions

Recruiter screen and then a 1:1 technical. The recruiter was very friendly and upbeat and interested. When I went to the technical, the interviewer's attitude seemed hostile as he didn't greet me with a smile and continued to frown through the entire interview. A male friend with similar experience to me interviewed for the same position the next day and said the same interviewer had a completely different attitude (friendly, relaxed, smiling).

I was contacted for a recruiter position interview in February of 22. When prepping for the interview the morning of the call, I noticed the job description was removed. I reached out to the recruiter via email 2 hours before the interview to request the JD be sent to me for my review. She didn’t respond to me but called at the scheduled time. She let me know that she received my email but wanted to call and let me know the position was filled & it’s their practice to give all updates over the phone. I was pretty irritated as I took vacation time off for my current position and spent time preparing for an interview for a position that was filled. The recruiter said she’d send me LinkedIn connection request. Odd? But ok, I guess? Overall, I felt this was incredibly unprofessional & a waste of my time. Poor candidate experience.
