I interviewed at CLEAR in Mar 2024

      Interview

      1. Recruiter call 2. Director 3. Onsite Everyone I spoke to was high-strung and sounded like they were on 8 cups of coffee. Right when I jump on the call with the recruiter, we go straight into the interview with no icebreakers or anything. Asking questions that try to throw you off. Digging deeper into every answer. I think the recruiter screening is harder than most and they drop most of their candidates there. Director and onsite are similar in intensity. Instead of doing a mock call like most other SDR orgs they asked questions that indirectly test your sales skills.
