I applied online. I interviewed at CLEAR (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Group interview with 20 applicants. I received an email 5 minutes after stepping out of the corporate office that I've been given a job offer letter. The hiring process was very smooth as the company had recently opened up, but can now be done with phone calls and video chat interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at CLEAR (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
Very long and drawn out. My first interview I showed up 15 minutes early. The worst apart about the interviews is that you have to find a random worker and tell them you’re there. So you end up waiting in the tsa line to speak to someone. I showed up 15 minutes early, informed an employee I was there for an interview. They told me to sit down and wait, then didn’t come back till 40 minutes later, almost 30 minutes past my interview time. My second interview, I showed up informed an employee I was there for an interview. NO ONE knew who was even supposed to be interviewing me. The first came who came thought I was there for my first interview again. After that, I get interview IN FRONT of the tsa line. Standing in front of the tsa line for my second interview, trying to answer questions while simultaneously trying to move out of people’s way. Super unprofessional and the interviewer was terrible. I walked away feeling so defeated and knowing I would not be receiving the position due to how bad it was. I was told I would receive an email for the next steps within a few days, which that email never came. I waited 3 weeks to reach out and ask what is going on with my interview process, by the time I had already been employed by a separate company. I was informed that they would not be proceeding with the process and essentially rejected me. This entire process lasted about a month and half to 2 months just to be rejected. I found the process to be very unpleasant and unprofessional, the only good outcome I had was my first interview. Other than that it was an awful process I would not recommend to anyone.

Question 1
How would you try to sell to someone who is uninterested?
A group interview was conducted and lasted about forty-five minutes. It was very easy to get the job. Got an email the same day to come in for training and began the onboarding process the following week.
