The interview process was long; you have to take a few online tests and surveys so they can assess if you are the right fit. The in person interview with the department and with HR was good. The people were easy to communicate with.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CHS Inc in Aug 2013

Interview
Contacted by HR for initial 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager. Set up time to interview. My interview was very short noticed. I believe They had the person in mind that they were going to hire but had to interview 2 or 3 people before they could offer anyone a position.
They hired an internal candidate.
I found the interview to be in line with other ones I have been on. There are obvious predetermined HR questions that they start with.
