CH2M interview questions

After submitting a C.V and Covering Letter I was contacted 2-3 weeks later for a telephone interview which lasted 25 minutes. The interview was nothing out of the ordinary, asked me about what projects I liked at CH2M, my main areas of interest, what are my strengths/weaknesses etc. Two weeks later I was emailed and invited to a face to face interview with a principal consultant and someone from the recruitment team. Again was very relaxed and and questions were mainly competency based which lasted about an hour. After the interview I didn't hear any feedback at all! Towards a month after the interview and failed attempts to get in contact with the recruitment team for an update I resorted to ringing the office at which I had the interview for some feedback. The same day I received a call from one of the recruiters with an answer.
