CH2M CMMS Planner interview questions

Contacted by an outside temp agency ( temp to hire position) Had 2 interviews; the first was a informational type interview of the expectation and the second was with a panel of three which included a CMMS Planner at a remote location. Waited over 3 weeks after the first interview for a call back even after they said that they would call back in a week.
