Was contacted about 2 months after applying. The hiring manager and regional manager were present for the interview. The hiring manager was very nice and asked typical interview question. The regional manager explained he has a meeting in 15 minutes and rushed through the interview and cut me off mid-sentence. He was extremely rude and did not represent the company well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBRE (Boston, MA) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview with HR, then proceeded to an in-person interview involving several property managers, including the hiring manager. The in-person interview took place at some of the properties the hire would be managing and it was great to be able to see the buildings and get a real sense for what the job involved.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
The process was a standard one, no surprises, had a screening interview by phone and then an in-person interview. Wish they would have asked more about my non-Real Estate experiences because there is a lot I bring to the table beyond what I've actually done in the industry. Other than that, no complaints, they had a very traditional approach, trying to get as much info as possible in a short interview.
