I applied for the position on the same day it was advertised on the career website and received news from a connection that the position was already offered to someone - all this happened less than 48 hours from the initial job posting. This is indicative of a sham hiring process when the position is already at an offer stage less than 48 hours of posting on their career website. The role could have been offered to an internal or referral candidate and the job posting on their career website was simply “checking off a box” in the hiring process.

Pretty straightforward. Met with recruiter, manager, market leader. Each level of interview dove less into experience and more into role playing/reactions to certain scenarios. Was nice to not have to continuously repeat myself/expertise.
