CBRE Manager interview questions

Had a phone screen with HR and then a video interview with the hiring managers. The HR interviewer came extremely prepared. She was knowledgeable about the position and asked questions that related directly to the role. You could tell she had done her homework on the position. This was the most productive HR phone screen I’ve ever had. The video interview was very basic and quick. Was told they’d “for sure” let me know the following week what their thoughts were… This turned out to be false as they went silent for over a month before finally sending a generic note from the system saying they were moving on.

Seems ok but it felt a lot more like a temp agency then a job interview. Its more an outsourcing company then an in house position. Not really a decent place.
