Interview was held in a professional location. Recruiters were quick to respond and set up interview. Included a phone interview and follow up with personal interview. Included hiring manager and another key employee involved in working closely with this new employee. Information presented was helpful in describing the position to allow CBRE and interviewer to see areas of common ground.

How do you communicate missed deadlines to steerco?
Interviewed with 8 team members. All of them were from India with zero diversity . The recruiter did not type the emails in professional or clear English. The interviewers were friendly and professional but this company seems to have a hiring bias towards one race given that the entire department is Indian and exec leadership.
