Questions about background, experience, relevant skills, etc. Marketing experience questions, relevant tools and software experience. Knowledge of commercial real estate. First interviewed with the department manager and then with the individual broker. Easy, fairly short.

I had 3 interviews. Two interviews were in person and one was via web conference. They made the process easy and did a great job of communicating the appointed times and with whom I would interview. The interview questions were standard. The process took about 3 weeks from start to finish.
