Honestly an absolute car crash of a recruitment process. First few steps were standard. A few assessments then a short interview over teams and I was Invited to an assessment center. It was supposed to take place end of April. I booked a hotel for the night before, and on the way to the train station I check my emails and was shocked to see the assessment center was postponed due to a limited number of assessors. How was this only foreseen less than 24 hours before the assessment center was supposed to start? They said it would be rescheduled for two weeks in advance, and then pushed it back a further two weeks close to the date. Their communications through out the entire process were abysmal. I don't think I got a single reply from their recruitment email, and I tried phoning a number they called me on but straight to voicemail. Stephanie Berstock was the only form of reliable contact I had with the company and she was very helpful and informative. I didn't bother going to the assessment center in the end because I decided if they were this incompetent in a simple recruitment process I dread to think what they're like to deal with when it comes to more complicated matters.

I had a telephone interview discussing the role and introducing myself, this was with their talent team, why this role what can you bring to the company ect.. Then I attended the assessment day with a group exercise, an individual presentation and individual interview. A really enjoyable day and met really lovely people.
