The interview process at CBRE was underwhelming and lacked structure. Despite being scheduled well in advance, there were delays and last-minute changes without proper communication. The interviewers seemed disengaged and unprepared, which made it difficult to have a meaningful conversation about the role. Questions felt generic, and there was little opportunity to discuss how my skills aligned with their expectations. Additionally, there was no follow-up or feedback provided, leaving the experience feeling incomplete and unprofessional.
