Interview
Screening interview followed by 2 in-person interviews. No response after screening interview, so I called and left an upbeat message stressing my interest in the position and confidence in my experience and abilities as related to the position.

Lengthy 3 week process. One phone call, in office interview with a 1-2 hour assessment, and a final interview with managers. No follow up which is inconsiderate, but overall the people were pleasant.

The interview processed was good & smooth. HR called within 2 weeks after the interview and gave an offer. Salary & benefits wise is quite attractive. There’a a Performance bonus but no AWS. It’s a good company but very steep learning curve for beginners
