2 interviews with current members of the team. Not technical because its accounting, I also had a referral from a more senior person in the office on another team, the interviews were just asking me about my interest in working in that position and explaining what the various responsibilities were.

Interview
First a brief introduction to the department and job offer, followed by basic CV questions, as well as behavioural e.g. importance of teamwork. Lastly also questions about previous work experience.
