In total I had 2 interviews. The first one with the manager and the recruiter. This went alright. Overall positive. The second interview was with 2 team members. This was an okay interview. They could have been more enthusiastic overall.
After the 2nd interview I did not hear anything back from the recruiter. Not professional at all.
From this interview I got an overall impression that it is expected for you to work hard (work over hours) and be at the office as much as possible. For your own career progress it is expected that you arrange that for yourself.
