Personality based rounds- Multiple rounds wherein they only want you to grill on your personality, not focusing more on technical side like the sector etc.

Interview
The first round was a digital interview and the second round was a Zoom Interview. The Digital Interview was difficult as the answers had to be completed in exact 1 minute. The Zoom interview was more comfortable and the interviewee was very accommodating even though I was rejected after the second round.
