The interview process was straightforward, structured and easy to understand. There were 3 rounds, including the first round with an HR to understand the requirements and expectations on both sides.
I applied to 2 roles that were both Sr. Consultant level and the hiring managers reached out to me directly via cell phone. Just wanted to flag to candidates that when you receive a call to learn more about your background/ the position, it may very well be the hiring manager vs. a recruiter.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, your goals, background, etc.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBRE (Nueva Delhi)
Interview
3 interview rounds, 1st hr and then 2 technical rounds. Interviewers say it's 24/7 job, everyone is expected to work even on weekends and work for more than10 works, despite working timings being 9:30 to 6 pm and weekends off. They are selling overworking as a positive, rather than complete mess of work life balance. Their offer is decided on the basis of what is candidate's current ctc and not a fair assessment of a person's skillset and experience. They offer less ctc than what you would be drawing right now in your current job and imply they are being so generous.
