Interview
I applied online. 2 weeks after the online application, recruiter phone screened me for 30 minutes and then told me she will pass my resume to the hiring manager. 2 months went by without any communication. Director of PMO scheduled another phone screen then scheduled a face to face interview with another director and VP. Two weeks after the F2F interview, HR gave me the job offer.

Question 1
How do you communicate missed deadlines to steerco?
Interviewed with 8 team members. All of them were from India with zero diversity . The recruiter did not type the emails in professional or clear English. The interviewers were friendly and professional but this company seems to have a hiring bias towards one race given that the entire department is Indian and exec leadership.
