Phone Interview. Terrible.. essentially just drilled and wouldn´t let me talk, then at the end obviously there wasn´t much to say. Interviewer went quiet when she couldn´t answer any of the questions... I ended the interview.

I got the interview through a referral. I had an in-person interview with one of the Managers. The questions were more technical (not much of the behavioural questions). Mainly, they wanted to know how well I know excel.
