Pretty chill, straightforward approach. Nothing too tough or hard, overall relaxing and easy-going experience. Done through zoom call, did two rounds of interview. Also, there was plenty of E-mail communication, I got referred by an insider, the person passed on my resume.

How well do you think you can handle a stressful working environment?
Lengthy 3 week process. One phone call, in office interview with a 1-2 hour assessment, and a final interview with managers. No follow up which is inconsiderate, but overall the people were pleasant.

The interview processed was good & smooth. HR called within 2 weeks after the interview and gave an offer. Salary & benefits wise is quite attractive. There’a a Performance bonus but no AWS. It’s a good company but very steep learning curve for beginners
