You go through a screening round through a website, and then you go through two other rounds. I personally had conversations with people in the office to see if the company was a good fit for me and it helped to have network connections to get the job.
HR was openly discriminative, was very very very late to appointment, did not hear my answers and cut me in between. Did not bother answering my questions at the end.

Interview
The first interview was online and you were recording your answers using the website they send you. After that I had two more rounds on interviews, one being a power day in the Dallas office.
