CBRE Graphic Designer interview questions

I received an email on Monday the 10th, in the afternoon requesting a "chat based" interview. I was asked to send a message to a particular contact via Google Hangouts to set up the interview. Since it was less than 24 hour noticed, I did so immediately. I received no response. At 7:52AM the next morning (8 minutes before the original 8AM requested time) I received a message "Hi, how are you?". Because of the lack of communication prior, I decided I was no longer interested in this position. I told the sender that I respectfully rescind my application and wished them luck on their search. Their response? "Ok Bye". I'm sorry, but the interview process is not only a time for the applicant to impress the employer, but also the employers opportunity to impress the applicant. Your lack of communication and professionalism is not an environment I want to work in. If you have requests and tasks for your applicants, you need to make sure you're also doing your part to respond and communicate.
