CBRE Change Leader interview questions

Two interviews, first with HR over the phone and second interview was a video call with HR & future global manager of change (who was based in another country). The role was promoted during the pandemic and based in Switzerland. The interview didn't follow any prescribed format, just got asked a few questions that wrapped up within 30 minutes which felt like they hardly got to know me at all! So I asked them a bunch of questions about the company. It felt like they had already made up their mind to hire somebody else and I was just being interviewed out of courtesy.
