Hiring process, first interview you will have a HR person or another departmental rep (who ever is available) to interview you. 2nd Interview with rep and a global leader. Not very difficult at all but always go prepared as you would for any job interview. There is a checklist HR going down first step so don't feel if your first interview was not long enough you won't be successful.
