CAE interview questions

Phone call and video call with multiple questions. First call with recruitment then with hiring manager and HR. It was over all a good interview and they asked good questions.

I feel I was discriminated against because of my age, my age was not known before the interview, I am just retirement age I have flown as cabin crew all my life and I wish to continue. I have a current aero medical which was completed in June 2022. I have flown on the airbus aircraft for many years as senior and junior crew which I thought would have been in my favour. I thought the interview went well. Its never a good sign when 75% of the recruitment team appear under 40 some of them not even born when I commenced my flying career. Its time to start thinking outside the box Parc, not all good cabin crew are under 40.
