They email you a Google Meet link when it's time for an interview. And they ask you questions based on the projects/work experience that you have on your resume, as well as any questions related to your degree coming out of college

Question 1
How did you figure out [blank] in your [blank] project? What was the process you took to get there?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at CAE (Montreal, QC)
Interview
The interview lasted about one hour. There was two interviewer, one was from the department i was going to work for and the second person was from HR. They start with general HR questions then they go with behavioral questions. After that I had to solve questions on paper about programming.
